Embracing, Enriching & Empowering our Community

Atlantic Plaza Towers Tenants' Council  is  a  Not-for-Profit  Corporation  formed  in March 1979 in the State of New York. The corporation was formed to represent the Tenants of the Atlantic Towers Association high-rises on Rockaway Avenue and Thomas Boyland Street consisting of 718 residents.

As a community-based organization, we endeavor to reach out to as many people as we can serve. To do this, we take great strides to make sure our team provide help through meaningful activities that will improve the quality of lives of the tenants and empower them. We value each person that make up the local community. We support their rights for a quality affordable living environment and want to continue to be a reliable option through our tenant association to organize the community for the greater good.

The most critical aspects of our work is to further enrich the local community to overcome challenges that arise and provide tenants with a voice that will be heard and respected. We encourage the right to share knowledge and ideas to improve the community with other members.
